Ctrl+Alt+Create acquires 70% of All Blue World, the first startup studio dedicated to publishing in France, Europe and the United States
A strategic transaction creating the Publishing and Cultural & Creative Industries vertical of the global venture studio Ctrl+Alt+Create.

Paris, 11 September 2026. Ctrl+Alt+Create announces the acquisition of 70% of the share capital of All Blue World, an integrated group specialising in publishing and the cultural and creative industries, generating $17 million in consolidated revenue in 2025.
The transaction, structured and led by Meridian Advisory Capital, an investment and strategic advisory firm based in New York, marks a new stage in the development of Ctrl+Alt+Create and confirms the group's ambition to build an international entrepreneurial ecosystem able to create, develop and accelerate companies in strategic sectors.
With this acquisition, All Blue World becomes the startup studio dedicated to the cultural and creative industries within Ctrl+Alt+Create.
From a vision born in 2016 to a new entrepreneurial model for publishing
All Blue World's story began in 2016 with an ambition: to reinvent the book industry by applying the methods, technologies and entrepreneurial models of tech and venture building.
Officially created in 2021 as a publishing house, All Blue World has gradually transformed its model to become today the first startup studio dedicated to publishing in France, Europe and the United States. The group develops an integrated approach combining editorial creation, technology, entrepreneurship and the industrialisation of cultural activities.
All Blue World today covers the entire book value chain through five complementary subsidiaries:
- Publishing: creating and developing editorial brands and catalogues
- Content: design, production and management of content
- Distribution: logistics, circulation and bringing books to market
- Sales representation: listings, sales force and revenue development
- Bookselling: direct relationship with readers and the end customer experience
This integration allows All Blue World to develop new business models, to accelerate the launch of editorial projects and to create new opportunities in a sector undergoing deep transformation.
