Strategic platforms
Eight platforms, eleven shared capabilities.
A company on its own has to redo its payroll, its legal work, its access to capital, its intellectual property. Each rebuild costs time, and time is the one resource a young company cannot raise. Inside the ecosystem, those layers already exist.

Funding and growth
Ctrl+Alt+Growth
Ctrl+Alt+Growth brings together the group's funding capabilities. The platform covers fundraising, grants, minority investment and business turnaround.
Ctrl+Alt+Growth
Fundraising and business plans
Ctrl+Alt+Raise
Ctrl+Alt+Raise finds investors, structures funding rounds, builds the financial models and prepares the investor documentation.
Ctrl+Alt+Growth
Grants and non-dilutive funding
Ctrl+Alt+Grants
Ctrl+Alt+Grants sets the non-dilutive funding strategy, prepares the applications and secures public funding.
Ctrl+Alt+Growth
Minority investment
Ctrl+Alt+Invest
Ctrl+Alt+Invest appraises candidate companies and holds the group's minority stakes.
Ctrl+Alt+Growth
Turnaround and recovery
Ctrl+Alt+Reborn
Ctrl+Alt+Reborn is the group's turnaround fund, formerly Reborn & Partners. It takes over and revives companies in difficulty along three lines: Restart Innovation for startups whose model needs redirecting, Reboot Retail for retail businesses, and Remote Board, which places experienced directors alongside companies under recovery. The aim is to preserve jobs and put the business back on a lasting footing.
Talent and human resources
Katalyst Hub
Katalyst Hub handles talent acquisition and human resource management across the group. The platform gives companies shared access to senior profiles and supports their practice on diversity, inclusion and sustainability.
Artificial intelligence
Quixx.ai
Quixx.ai is the group's artificial intelligence research and development hub and its platform of business solutions. It covers process automation, predictive analysis, natural language processing and personalisation, and supplies data analysis tools, virtual assistants and internet of things solutions.
Brands and intellectual property
Ctrl+Alt+IP
Ctrl+Alt+IP manages, exploits and builds the value of the group's brands through licensing, partnerships, collaborations and derivative products. The platform negotiates rights, maintains the coherence of brand identities and develops growth opportunities consistent with their positioning.
Communication and brand strategy
Kreativ'Kom
Kreativ'Kom is the group's consulting agency. It supports companies on communication and brand strategy and designs their materials. It also equips startups with communication tools and builds their visibility online and offline. The agency operates in France, the United Kingdom and Lebanon.
Scoping, research and compliance
Scope Advisory
Scope Advisory is the group's scoping, research and compliance firm. It works for portfolio companies and for outside clients alike. The firm frames ventures before investment by defining their scope, their structuring and the terms on which the operating system is transferred. It then readies companies for ISO certification, GDPR, B Corp, sector labels and CSRD reporting. Certification itself remains the responsibility of an accredited body.
Scope Advisory
Research and foresight
Scope Lab
Scope Lab is the firm's research arm. It carries out market studies, benchmarks, feasibility work, sector foresight and commercial and technology due diligence. It produces the Scope Report, required before any financial commitment by the group.
Innovation and open innovation
Ctrl+Alt+Innovate
Ctrl+Alt+Innovate connects the group to global sources of innovation: startups, universities, laboratories, industry and institutional partners. The platform scouts emerging technologies, runs experiments and turns selected innovations into opportunities for the startup studios.
Group purchasing
The Buyers Company
The Buyers Company is the group's purchasing arm. It buys equipment, supplies, licences and services for every entity, and negotiates on consolidated volumes terms that no single company could obtain alone.
Funding ecosystem
An investor network that does not need rebuilding
A capital network that every company in the portfolio activates in turn.
An investor community
Investors already familiar with the model, the startup studios, the portfolio and the group's methods. Each raise costs less relationship time because the context is already understood.
A co-investor network
Some investors come back deal after deal. A good deal creates a good experience, a good experience creates trust, and trust speeds up the next deal.
One relationship owner
A single owner coordinates introductions, portfolio updates, opportunities and follow-up. The investor relationship does not scatter across companies.
Banking partners
Beyond equity: working capital, debt, project finance, cash management and international banking.
Public funding
Ctrl+Alt+Grants maintains relationships with European institutions, national agencies and international organisations. Knowing the programmes is itself a network asset.
Assisted matching
Company profile, capital need and investor thesis are matched to produce relevant introductions. Quixx.ai supports that matching.
This knowledge saves every company from rebuilding its own investor network. Over time, the portfolio helps finance the creation of the next portfolio.
