Privacy by design: this website sets no tracking cookies, loads no third-party scripts and collects nothing you don't explicitly send us.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Ctrl+Alt+Create (see the Legal Notice). For any privacy question, contact contact@ctrl-alt-create.com.
2. What we collect
Forms. When you submit a contact, application or partnership form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, organization, message). Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in answering you (EU GDPR & UK GDPR, art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f)).
Server logs. Our hosting provider (IONOS) automatically records technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security purposes, kept for a limited time under its own policy.
Nothing else. No analytics trackers, no advertising cookies, no social plugins, no external fonts. This site makes no third-party requests.
3. How we use it
Exclusively to answer your message or process your application, and to route it to the relevant team within the Ctrl+Alt+Create ecosystem. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Retention
Messages and applications are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted.
5. Your rights
Under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@ctrl-alt-create.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g. CNIL in France, ICO in the UK).
6. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. That's why you don't see a cookie banner.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated as the website evolves; the current version is always available on this page.
